🔧⚙️ KAMBRIA DAO’S GOVERNANCE APPROACH WITH GT TOKEN 🔧⚙️ This week, let’s learn about Kambria DAO’s governance approach with GT token 🌟Considerations when designing governance model: 🔹 Since Kambria DAOs are for businesses, from developing technology solutions to commercializing them, the governance model needs to balance perspectives of members contributing money and members working for the DAOs 🔹Have a mechanism to find the right representatives to make decisions for the DAOs 🔹 Allow to make decisions fast (and correctly) 🔹Allow Kambria as the Organizer / Architect to be able to orchestrate the development of the Kambria DAO model in the early stage, and gradually move the backstage when the DAOs are in stable operation 🌟Governance model for Kambria DAOs: ✅ Among DAO members who hold LP tokens, we will select representatives to join the DAO Council to make decisions for the DAO (GT holders) ✅ Total GTs of a DAO is 1000 ✅ Quorum 70%: any vote needs 70% GTs (of total GTs minted at that time) to activate ✅ 40% (400 GTs) allocated to big fund contributors ie.
